LONDON DRY GIN
Our London Dry Gin is most apparent on the nose and
on the finish, and it stands up exceptionally well to
tonic. Our smooth full flavoured gin is delicately
spiced with notes of kaffir lime leaf, cardamom and
cubeb pepper.
DARK RUM
With a nod back to the smuggling of old, we import a fine Guyanese Rum.
We then add botanicals and steep, then distil again then barrel age to produce a unique smooth botanical Rum.
With sweet vanilla notes on the nose, the palate is
smooth with vanilla, caramel and fruit notes with a
slightly warm spice from our two exotic peppers.
BATCH DISTILLED VODKA
Big Willy botanical Vodka has been distilled with foraged
kelp and hawthorn berry botanicals, to produce
an impressive purity and smoothness which is
suitable to drink over lots of ice
PINK GIN
Our Ruby Pink Gin is made from luscious ripe raspberries from the west coast and Madagascan vanilla which are perfectly balanced and infused with aromatic botanicals for a decadent explosive of flavour.
