English Martini

A classic English cocktail.

​

  • Ice in a martini coupe glass

  • Muddle (crush) rosemary in a separate glass or shaker

  • Large measure of Big Willy Gin 

  • Elderflower liqueur

  • Shake together...

  • Discard ice from the martini glass and strain your cocktail into the cold glass.

  • Garnish with rosemary

Cocktail with Lime

ToM COLLINS

  • 50ml Big Willy Gin

  • 25ml lemon juice

  • 25ml sugar syrup

  • 125ml chilled soda water

Build the drink over plenty of ice in a Collins glass, stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon.
