Orders are sent using a tracked 48-hour delivery service. Please allow 2–3 days for your order to arrive.
Returned goods must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment card used at checkout. We’re unable to issue a refund to a different card.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your order, and original or return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return postage.
