Small Batch Yorkshire Gin

Three gins, distilled in small batches in Yorkshire. A London Dry spiced with kaffir lime, cardamom and cubeb pepper. A pink built on raspberry and Madagascan vanilla. A blue of blueberry and vanilla that turns the whole glass with it. All 70cl, all enormous.

Frequently asked questions

What size are Big Willy Gin bottles?

Every Big Willy Gin comes in a 70cl bottle, whether it's the London Dry, the Blue or the Pink. To try all three before committing to a full bottle, the Mini Willy Gin Gift Set holds 20cl bottles of each.

What is the difference between London Dry Gin and Pink Gin?

London Dry Gin is a legally defined production method: every flavour must come from distilling botanicals, with no colouring, sweetening or flavouring added afterwards. Pink gin has no legal definition at all - it's a style, usually gin flavoured with red fruit and often sweetened and coloured. Big Willy Gin is a London Dry; Big Willy Pink Gin leads with raspberry and Madagascan vanilla.

What makes a gin a Yorkshire gin?

Big Willy Gin is distilled, bottled and labelled by hand in Yorkshire. All three expressions, London Dry, Blue and Pink, are made in small batches at the distillery rather than bought in and rebottled elsewhere.

Which Big Willy gin is best for a classic gin and tonic?

Big Willy Gin, the London Dry, is the one built for a classic G&T. Its kaffir lime leaf, cardamom and cubeb pepper carry through tonic rather than fading into it. Serve over plenty of ice with a wedge of lime. The Pink and Blue gins work better with a lighter or elderflower tonic.
