Dark and Stormy Recipe

Dark rum floated over ginger beer and lime. Two real ingredients, no shaker, no excuses.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Big Willy Rum
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 150ml ginger beer, chilled
  • Ice
  • Garnish: lime wedge

Directions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the lime juice, then the ginger beer.
  3. Float the rum on top by pouring it slowly over the back of a bar spoon. It should sit as a dark layer.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge. Stir it through when you are ready to drink it.
