Blue Gin Fizz Recipe

Blue gin shaken with lemon and lengthened with soda. All the colour, none of the blue curacao.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Big Willy Blue Gin
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 100ml soda water, chilled
  • Ice
  • Garnish: lime slice

Directions

  1. Shake the blue gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup hard with ice for around 10 seconds.
  2. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top slowly with chilled soda water.
  4. Garnish with a lime slice and serve.
