Dark Rum Punch Recipe

Dark rum shaken with pineapple, orange and grenadine. A Caribbean crowd pleaser that scales straight up to a jug.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Big Willy Rum
  • 25ml pineapple juice
  • 25ml orange juice
  • 15ml grenadine
  • Ice
  • Garnish: orange slice and a cherry

Directions

  1. Shake the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and grenadine with ice.
  2. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
  4. For a jug that serves six, multiply everything by six and stir it over ice rather than shaking.
