Raspberry Gin Fizz Recipe

Pink gin topped with Champagne. The serve we put on the bottle, and for good reason.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Big Willy Pink Gin
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • 100ml Champagne or dry sparkling wine, chilled
  • Garnish: fresh raspberries

Directions

  1. Shake the pink gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup hard with ice for around 10 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled flute or coupe.
  3. Top slowly with chilled Champagne so it does not foam over.
  4. Drop in two or three fresh raspberries and serve straight away.
