Big Willy Gin, a good tonic and plenty of ice. The kaffir lime and cubeb pepper do the rest.

Ingredients

Fill a copa or highball glass to the top with cubed ice. A full glass melts slower than a half empty one.
Pour the gin over the ice.
Add the tonic slowly down the side of the glass to keep the fizz in it.
Stir once with a bar spoon. No more than once.
Garnish with a kaffir lime leaf or a wide strip of lime peel and serve.

London Dry Gin spiced with kaffir lime, cardamom and cubeb pepper. 70cl, 40% ABV.
