Equal parts gin, bitter red and sweet vermouth. The cubeb pepper gives it more backbone than most.

Ingredients

Fill a rocks glass with ice, or drop in one large cube.
Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.
Stir for around 20 seconds, until the glass is cold and the drink has taken a little water.
Squeeze a strip of orange peel over the surface to release the oil, then drop it in.

London Dry Gin spiced with kaffir lime, cardamom and cubeb pepper. 70cl, 40% ABV.
