Gin coated with Angostura and cut with water. Pink from the bitters, not from fruit.

Ingredients

Add the Angostura bitters to a chilled coupe and roll the glass until the inside is coated. Tip out whatever is left.
Pour in the gin.
Add the chilled water and stir briefly. For a longer version, build it over ice in a highball and top with tonic instead.
Twist a strip of lemon peel over the glass and drop it in.

London Dry Gin spiced with kaffir lime, cardamom and cubeb pepper. 70cl, 40% ABV.
